2. Intellectual property
Tenure
Safeguard is the owner of the domain name sgscards.com.
The Site as a whole, as well as the elements of which it is composed (texts, tree structures, photographs, videos, soundtracks, logos, illustrations, animations, software, etc.) constitute intellectual works protected by Articles L. 111-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code. They are the exclusive property of Safeguard, which alone is entitled to use the said intellectual property rights.
Sanctions
The use of all or part of the Site, in particular by downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or dissemination for purposes other than for the personal and private use of the user for non-commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. You may not modify, sell or create derivative works from any of the content of the Site. The violation of Safeguard’s rights exposes its author to the sanctions provided for both by the Intellectual Property Code, in particular with regard to copyright infringement (article L. 335-1 et seq.), trademark rights (article L. 716-1 et seq.) and by the Civil Code with regard to civil liability (article 9, articles 1382 et seq).
3. Limitation of liability
Safeguard endeavours to ensure to the best of its ability the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site, the content of which it reserves the right to correct at any time and without notice. However, Safeguard cannot guarantee the correctness, accuracy and completeness of the information made available on the website, which information does not constitute a guarantee or commitment on the part of Safeguard towards the user.

All sites with a hypertext link to the Site or any of its components are not under the control of Safeguard and Safeguard therefore declines all responsibility (including editorial responsibility) for access to and content of these sites.
4. Applicable law - Disputes
This notice is governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law, in particular the provisions of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms, the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and in accordance with EC Regulation 593/2008 of 17 June 2008.
The French courts have territorial jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the use of the Site, unless otherwise provided for by Regulation No. 44/2001 of 20 December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (“Brussels I” Regulation).
